was craving buffalo wings and knew using Belly Rub Bold & Spicy Rub was the way to go.  I received an air fryer for the holidays this year and had a feeling this would work out great.  Even with large capacity air fryer (6 quart) like mine I needed to do these in 2 batches and it was worth the extra time to do it this way.  I was not disappointed.  An easy way to make a batch of wings for any game day or just when you get a craving.

What you’ll need –

  • A large mixing bowl
  • Tongs
  • A large capacity air fryer
  • A small saucepan to prepare the sauce

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the air fryer to 400F for 3 minutes.

Step 2

Toss the wings in 4 Tablespoons of Belly Rub Bold & Spicy Rub in a large mixing bowl

Step 3

Spray the cooking basket of the preheated air fryer and arrange half the seasoned wings in the basket then spray the top of the wings well and close the fryer

Step 4

Set timer on the fryer for 20 minutes and remove the cooked wings to a plate when done

Step 5

While the wings cook, put all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a low simmer, whisking occasionally

Step 6

Repeat steps 3 and 4 with the second batch of wings then toss the wings together before returning both batches to the fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes more

Step 7

Toss hot wings in the buffalo sauce and serve with celery sticks and your favorite bleu cheese dressing
